Yes, you can. You can check out via Paypal and choose "pay via bank account or debit/credit card" to purchase your desired package through your credit card. Alternatively, you can use Xendit to purchase through VISA, MasterCard, or other payment methods.
It might take up to 24-48 hours for the courses to sometimes appear in your dashboard. Please notify us right away if the courses you're expecting to be included in your dashboard have not yet been loaded. Email our support team at [email protected].
Your account validity will depend on the package you purchased. Typically, your account is valid for 90 days except if you've purchased a package with a longer duration.
Activation times can be between 24 and 48 hours after registration. If you paid outside the site, we'll send you registration instructions and verify your payment. Once we've done the necessary checks, we'll activate your account. This should take beyond 48 hours. If you feel it's been more than the processing time for activation, please shoot us an email at [email protected] so we can see what went wrong.
Course Access and Dashboard
Our website is fully functional on mobile. What this means is that you'll hardly require a laptop or desktop computer to load any of the course contents in your package EXCEPT when you're attempting Mock Exams. These tests are designed to be completed using a laptop or desktop computer.
Yes, we do. In the first chapter of the IELTS and OET Platinum Packages, there's a guide on what courses you should take and in what order they're preferably accomplished. For English proficiency courses, you can do them in whatever order you choose, as our language courses are modular and are designed to be taken at your own pace.
As soon as we deploy updates in your dashboard, you should be able to see new content in your account right away. We'll keep you posted on the recent updates we have and what lessons are upgraded in your dashboard.
This will depend on your requirement, commitment to the program, progress, and baseline English skills. A good measure is to record your mock exam scores. If you're already getting the grades that you need, this is a good indicator of test readiness. If not, then you can prepare longer until you feel you're confident enough to sit the test.
Yes, you get an instant score for listening and reading sent to your email address. However, writing and speaking assessments are not included in the package. You'll have to pay for these services separately.
